LicitaBot is an AI-based chatbot for public procurement monitoring. The project's main purpose is to create a tool for citizens, small and medium companies, and everyone in general who wants to become a provider for the government. Nowadays, public procurement platforms in Bolivia are quite restrictive, which in turn limits the active participation of the Bolivian population. In addition, LicitaBot also tracks indications of corruption and anomalies in public procurement using unsupervised machine learning.
